Thanks for the suggestions! I checked utpolicy and it is identical on all members of the server group. Also, pam.conf looks consistent or at least diff thinks so.
I did notice that utreplica -l was stilll reporting the sixth server which I have removed from this group to be a test/dev/QA platform. I did utreplica -p -d <server.to.remove> and it now longer appears in the list. I'm thinking that this may have caused some damage to SRDS. Thoughts? Art
