Upgrade should. Patch no. That will probably change in a future release. In 
general I think we want to be running utctl for patches as well, particularly 
since we've now bundled patches into utinstall. That ought to improve the patch 
experience on Linux because we'll be able to handle the postpatch actions in 
the activation framework for all platforms in a consistent way, not just 
Solaris 10.
