I have just configured a pair of SRSS servers on the latest version, it's a pretty basic setup with uttsc to an RDS farm.
I have installed 3 Sun Ray 3's and all work fine but the only Sun Ray 3+ that the customer has bought keeps hanging after around 5 minutes and then takes a long time to reconnect. Looking through the logs, I see the error "Socket Looping Limit Exceeded" and then my Payflex card session gets destroyed.... I have tried a Sun Ray 3 on the same piece of wire, with the same Payflex card and it's fine... Is this a faulty unit or has anyone seen this behaviour with 3+'s before? It seemed to work fine on the trial system I installed for the same customer a couple of versions ago which is making the customer doubt the new installation....
