[SunRay-Users] Alternatives to Matroska Splitter

The Sun Ray Software 5.2 Installation and Administration Guide, section 
4.5.2, recommends using the Matroska Splitter as the finishing step to 
improve H.264 performance. My Customer can not use freeware. Is there a 
licensed alternative to the Matroska Splitter they can purchase?
