This was CR 6993438 which was fixed in Sun Ray Software 5.1.2 update.

Customers with support contracts can get patch ID 11659754, which is the 5.1.2 update.

What version of SRWC is being used here? Is Session Broker in play?

To quickly fix, you can try adding '-N off' to the uttsc arguments or
you can set the terminal server to use the RDP security layer. This is
done (assuming you are using Win2008R2) through the RDS Configuration
tool -> RDP-Tcp -> General -> Security Layer. Change from "Negotiate"
to "RDP Security Layer"

and there Solution is The simple solution, you must upgrade all Remote
clients to latest available, as of this text RDP 7 client build 6100.

Have you ever ran into this issue and if so how de we address this
issue..
