Oracle Support basically got tired of troubleshooting, said "try upgrading
to 5.2.3 when it comes out" and closed the SR (3-3892047371). We've since
upgraded to 5.2.3 but still sometimes have half or more of the DTUs get
into an error state. We've resorted to giving our help desk access to the
web admin interface so they can run a cold restart of services when
there's an outage and I'm not around to babysit the Sun Ray servers. More
and more reasons to replace the Sun Rays with units from IGEL.
