The LD_PRELOAD variable is the same. I did a new installation of RHEL 5.7 and SRSS 5.2.5 following the installation guide precisely and I'm still having the same issues with audio. The systems are running on VMWare ESXi and I'm testing with 1, 1G, 170 & 2FS DTUs. I installed XMMS, configured it to use OSS output, and tried to play an MP3 file. It raced through the first few minutes of audio while planing garbled sounds from the speaker then suddenly started playing the audio normally. I tried this again with several other media files and it always produced this result. -Oliver _______________________________________________ SunRay-Users mailing list [email protected] http://www.filibeto.org/mailman/listinfo/sunray-users
