There is yet no documentation at <http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/server-storage/sunrayproducts/docs/index.html> Oracle splitted the firmware from the software bundle. The firmware is now called "Sun Ray Operating Software" and is downloadable only form "My Oracle", i.e., with support agreement. I have support for SRS and can download, e.g, patch 5.2.5, but not the "Sun Ray Operating Software".
