Sun Ray Operating Software The Sun Ray Client firmware is no longer part of the Sun Ray Software media kit and must be downloaded and installed separately through the Sun Ray Operating Software release. The Sun Ray Client firmware is now officially called Sun Ray Operating Software, but the term "firmware" will continue to be used throughout the documentation. As for the firmware support, I seem to be able to download the package from support without issue, and as far as I know, we only have SRS/VDI support (and not HW support).
