Please create an Oracle support ticket and carefully describe steps to reproduce and all your activities related to the kiosk session... including what kind of middleware and card you're using. Testing has been done with kiosk mode and it works well for at least the conditions it was tested with, including multiple middlewares running on the Windows side. We need to figure out what's unique about your case. Once you file the support ticket, I can work with you to collect whatever other information that can help us diagnose the problem. I actually have some specific data I'm looking for, which I can discuss in the context of a bug report.
