Just making sure. MH Group? Make sure speakers are plugged into the primary. Does increasing the volume via the keyboard controls help at all? Is the system volume "ding" the same when you move the Windows volume indicator? You can always increase the default volume level by running utset -o v=xx where xx is greater than the default of 15 to a max of 31.
