Non-Sun keyboard, and I haven't found the alternate key combo yet. Strange I didn't see the table in the admin guide. Must have missed it. ======== Is the system volume "ding" the same when you move the Windows volume indicator? I don't hear the volume ding. I'll try that again this morning. ======== You can always increase the default volume level by running utset -o v=xx where xx is greater than the default of 15 to a max of 31. I'll give that a try if all else fails. I guess I was under the impression that utset did not change settings if you are using uttsc. Hmm. It's also possible that sound is muted or the output selection is incorrect. Thanks!
