Maybe that's my problem.  I misunderstood the documentation.  Here's the 
command I ran,  "utfwadm -AaV -G prompt"  From what you're saying I should use 
this "utfwadm -AaV -G force prompt"  does that sound right?  Thanks.

What command are you giving -G?  -G force will enable the gui and you 
should then see that referenced in the parms file

There is only one firmware image now, -G force flips the bit to turn it on.
