Our computer lab consists of several Sun Ray 2 clients and we're having random black screen issues after we reboot the Windows session. The screen stays black with a mouse cursor and doesn't resolve itself unless we issue a Ctrl+Alt+Backspace Backspace. The closest fix I came across during my research was a post by Damien Plunkett --------- "If you have a Support Contract for SunRay Software you can submit a ticket and request these three CR's:
