>No - it was "secret" for legal reasons.

Methinks they need a new lawyer! ;-)

> Anyway it makes it all more
fun. Wouldn't life be boring if you could just walk into any store
and buy exactly what you wanted?

actually, no! (PLEASE don't make me get on my soapbox about music
distribution channels, the internet, the problems with retail...)
;-)

given the choice between going on a quest to hunt down each mix and
spend a month of my life doing it, vs. spending that month down the
pub getting pissed with mates, I'll take the latter.

this isn't Zelda! when it comes to hearing what I want to hear, I
don't want to jump through hoops to get it. it's the new economy
kids - music is information, and information wants to be free. you
can try to keep secrets, but in the age of real audio, minidiscs,
cd-r/w's that are dirt cheap, and cakewalk/cubase - you're going to
have a hard time.

(someone please shove me off the soapbox - quick!)
