Well, it is difficult to sell and buy in this area.
We bought in a cheeper area away from the main city
and are in the midst of remodeling and what not.
He is a renter, has no rights. I have thought about
going after the landlord and telling him we'll sue him
if he doesn't evict the old man.
The people who lived there before took the old man to
court ... but the court sees these thigns as 'he said,
she said' and rarely help.
After the 2 years is up on our ownership (any money
made after 2 years we aren't taxed on)... and the
remodeling is finished, we plan to sell. Knowing our
luck, the old fart will die the week we move.
