ROTFLMAO, Leo. That's a good one. But seriously, since latex is 
nonconducting, how could a ground like that work with the other hand 
in a bucket of H2O. Also wouldn't that make the work harder with only 
one hand free and the other in a bucket? How could ESD make it 
through the latex? Sorry to beat dead horse (with apologies to equine 
lovers).
