Hi,
A friend has given me an Orange Micro PC compatibility card to try in my
S900. I put it in and it crashes on the Windows 95 splash screen.
Orange Micro is unaware of any problems with Umax clones, but this gets into
the load process of the Windows OS then aborts and sometimes asks for
wmm.32.vxd, probably a driver. Sometimes not.
I originally thought that this might be a bit off-topic, but his box was
also an S900 -- and I'd always heard that Orange Micro cards were rock
solid.
Any ideas? Thanks.
