Ever since I moved to 9.1 my s900 freezes every week or two. It won't turn
on either. No boot up, No cd rom boot up either Dead as can be, but I got
power though too. I unplugged every card, Ram process or blah, blah , blah
..I went through the drill too.

So here's what I finally figured out for my config.
I have a sonnets g4 500 upgrade card- I took that out to start,
Along with all cards, ram, and battery.

Here's the thing though.. Disconnect the cables from the power supply that
connect to the board right above the memory, all of them!

Hit the cuda for about a minute.

Put a 604 back in the processor slot and connect a scsi drive and CD to the
second scsi bus (bus 1 I think, 0 is the main one.) the one in the back.

Put a single stick of ram in the first slot (64 to boot from 9 or above)

Put back battery, Connect the power to the board

Boot from cd

Good to go....

I don't know what's up, but I've heard a lot about this with os9?
