Yep. I have a couple of things that will do it, and one of them gives
instructions. You seem to just have to swap the MKEY resource of a password
protected archive with the MKEY resource of one which you know the password
of. I can't check it as Aladdin seem to have changed their password
protection since these "utilities" were made, but I could send them over if
you like (only a couple of K each) ... oops.

I just checked and it doesn't work on that file :(

If you do a Google groups search for "Stuffit password remover" it seems
that the more modern Stuffit archives are encrypted, so hacking the password
is not trivial, although presumably possible through a brute force attack.

No-one seems to have or made or released a Stuffit password remover.
