Hi everyone, I have just got back from out of town, & have a couple of things I need to solve. I thought since you were wanting some new topic's, maybe the Laptop question below will do it? S900/OS 9.1/400mb Ram/TT video card/USB card/Tempo ATA100 Controller card & 7200rpm 40g HD/ & the original SCSI 2g HD
First, when I go into the chooser & pick the LaserWriter 8 icon, (in the left panel) nothing comes-up to choose (in the right panel). I went to Apples web site to download the software, & it says that v8.7 only available with OS9. I checked on my OS 9.1 cd & cannot see LaserWriter Printer software anywhere. Could some extra Nice Lister PLEASE e-mail me the LaserWriter v8.7 software? Next, If YOU were in Great need of a Laptop... What would YOU buy at this point & time? I would love to hear everyone's thoughts on this. & Where would YOU think of buying one from? The Laptop would need to handle Quark, Photoshop & the Internet. Thanks in Advance!
