Dave, I have only done business with Paypal on one occasion. Ordered a turntable belt from a guy using PayPal, back when we were discussing transferring music from vinyl and tape to our computers.
IMHO This smells a lot like credit card company influence. You would not believe the costs of processing credit cards on the internet. I found out just how costly, when I checked into that feature for our business web site. VISA and MasterCard are getting big bucks from merchants for processing transactions, as well as interest, late fees and the like from the card holder. Obviously, they don't like the little guys pooling their resources.
