This may be nothing but since not everyone here is not on the LEM Swap List, I figured you might be interested. Apparently some lawsuits have been filed against Paypal. I can't tell how legit all this is at this time, but if true, everyone should be informed.
In all likelihood, and even if the complaints are true, I doubt Paypal will go under. The business is just too successful and has too much of a future. So I imagine that not only will they want to, but they will be forced to, clean up their act. As with most incidents such as this, new Federal/State legislation will likely be enacted governing financial e-bank practices. It's a process that will hopefully evolve in a sound direction. http://www.paypalwarning.com/ http://www.msnbc.com/news/712822.asp?cp1=1 While I won't be making a 'run' for the e-bank to get what little credit I have out, I will be keeping an eye on the situation and somewhat limit my purchases for a while. (I purchased my s900 using Paypal so this shouldn't be too OT :) and don't see too much of a reason to stop yet.) Dave -- SuperMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
