First off, is there a searchable archive of messages? That way I don't have to bother anyone with easy to find answers. Secondly, I just bought the Ultratek/66 for my Mom and am going to install it with a 40gb drive after she finishes her work (newspaper) for the month. What should I look out for, expect, worry about, etc?
Have there been problems with this card? OWC makes it out to be the holy grail. She has a string of SCSI devices attached to her S900 200. She is also running 8.1. I was thinking of updating the system to 9.0. IS this a mistake? Should the SCSI numbers be changed? If so, how do I do it? Please help guys and gals, this is my Mom's business and the couple of 2gb drives in her computer weren't cutting it.
