No endless days of frustration - just three weeks of work!

I am a reasonably competent computer user, but it took me three weeks to
get the new iMac set up the way I wanted it. We're talking pretty
simple stuff like installing programs, most of which were old ones I
already knew how to use, and configuring hardware items. Just
transferring you records takes a lot of time. And, I was working on a
pretty agreeable machine - not a single kernel panic, and only one piece
of hardware that refuses to work properly in OS10.
