I think you have a conflict. Try running conflict catcher. It should not be
an OS issue. I have GoLive 5 on my J700 running OS 9.1 with no problems.  I
remember having a problem accessing the File menu w/ GoLive 4 at some point
that I solved by tracking down the conflict. That was too long ago for me to
remember what it was. It may have been another application open at the same
time ...
I really like GoLive- especially with all the inline java stuff it can do...
