60 degs C is hot. I think that might be your problem. Pushing a bus speed
too high will also cause instability. I should think you'd be able to get 45
Mhz out of yours perhaps...with a fan on the heatsink. You might want to
make sure the sink is well connected to the cpu with thermal grease as
well...
