Where have you been?
Go here:<http://forums.xlr8yourmac.com/drivedb/search.drivedb.lasso>,
Select interface type "IDE PCI card" and drive "CDRW", then search. I got a
lot of records. Id never bought my drive if i hadnt been looking there...

Check Roxios site for compatibility. Toast supports almost every drive
brand. Which OS do you use ? Maybe theres a better chance to mount the
drive with Apples CD/DVD driver coming with Authoring support, you must use
TomeViewer to extract the files cause it wont install on older Macs.
Iv attached the drive to the second IDE bus as master, might be better than
slave mode. Make sure you have the latest firmware for the card (3.20).
According to the database mentioned above, the 20/10/40 does NOT work, but
the 16/10/40 seems to be very good.
Have fun with it, the S900 is a perfect copy station :-)
