Bailey,  That's what I had figured.  But like I said, a search revealed no
such file  on any of my disks.  I already did copy the other OT files from
my Extension's and Prefs folder onto the other machine, but that didn't
change the problem.  Again, that specific named file doesn't exist on any of
my s900.  That's what's baffling me.   Also did do the reinstall of
OpenTransport but I'm guessing something isn't getting installed as it
should, which is why I'm trying to narrow down the file name.

The 8500 is a computer that has been put together from a pile left by
another, so some things may be awry as of yet.  Booting fine now but I guess
there may be a few bumps to overcome.  Just curious, is that specific file
on any of your disks?    (  OTUtilLib  )
