My questions to MicroMat:

Is there any significant differences between the TTP 1.0.5 and TTP
3.0.6 RAM tests?
And is the reservation of a1Meg block and another 3060 bytes a
progressive reservation so that all RAM is eventually tested or is
the 1Meg and 3060 byte not tested at all?

They replied:
Ernest --

Not much has changed in the RAM test from TechTool Pro 1.0.5 and TechTool
Pro 3.0.6. TechTool Pro 3 does test every memory address for each SIMM or
DIMM that is installed in the machine under a Full Memory test.

Sincerely,

At least they test all the ram. I will have to just wait and see if
all is well.

I know it is not logical, but I am sure the last two sticks ( which
maxed out the S900) made the screen response "Snappier". the last
sockets to be filled if that means anything were A4,B4.

Probably just a "psycho trip".

Ernie
