First, check xlr8yourmac.coms database - choose both Mitsumi and Philips as drive brand and IDE-PCI card interface. This is the site everyone should check BEFORE buying a 3rd-party/unsupported CDRW. http://forums.xlr8yourmac.com/drivedb/search.drivedb.lasso Have you tried the standard Apple driver? It works with my CDRW (CDROM and burning with iTunes). Toast is more expensive, but supports more drives than any other software. And its still the best burning software on the market.
