Unfortunately I can't find anything in the XLR8yourmac database on the
"Matshita CW-7586-C". It's the OEM Apple CDRW from the G4/466 tower.
I believe Matshita is the Japanese parent of Panasonic, so I wonder if
there's a Panasonic model that is the exact twin of the 7586.

I'll dig a little further.
