Hi, Nancy -

The cable was suspected first but then I realized the yellow light wasn't
functioning.
Tested the cable on another machine with a different Cobra drive and
everything's fine.
And I tested my drive on two different Apple machines with no luck (with a
different cable.)
The green light should be on all the time, by the way, since that's the
power-on indicator.
What's puzzling me is everything was fine last time I used the drive.
It appears it's not completing its routine when first powered up.

After filling out a troublesome form at the EZQ site, no reponse from them.
