These are the only cards I've used with OS X.   The Twin Turbo 4 meg worked 
OK for install and use in 10.0.    The Ultimate Rez 8 meg had the infamous 
"Can't Complete Setup Because The Continue Button Is Off The Bottom Of The 
Screen" problem in 10.0.   In 10.1 this problem is fixed, you get an error 
message saying that "setup can not continue" and gives instructions on how 
to restart it and complete it manually after the first boot.

I've always used both in Slot 1, I never even tried a different slot.   I'm 
currently using the Ult. Rez with an Apple ROM in it.   For my uses, it's 
fine.
