Just shows how strange some things can be. I also am referring to 
Ameritech Champaign-Urbana, IL (small world, eh). I'm glad that your 
experience was better. In all honesty, I haven't heard as many 
complaints as in the past. Maybe they just don't like me ;) I didn't 
have a choice but to talk to them, when I used the Ameritech site, it 
didn't see my address as real (2 years ago, my apt was a cornfield) I 
hadn't heard of Speakeasy being here though, I'll check it out. Thanks 
for the heads up.
