Magician has been busy with some other stuff. He's trying to get back into it now. Plus, Louie who used to carry most of the forums' weight seems to be on extended or permanent sabatical. But hey, he wasn't getting paid. He probably enjoyed it for a while and burned out. Kaye seems to have picked up most of the load. I swing through there every few days and check what looks interesting. If I treated being a Gurus Moderator like a job I'd soon come to hate it, so I treat it like any other forum.
