Try  1.  http://www.visualclick.de/ for "Coaster", which allows importing and
saving audio files via the audio input ports. 2. http://www.bias-inc.com for
Peak LE, which allows some editing of the audio and then 3. iTunes to set them
up for CD.

Nothing fancy, but good programs that work.  There are probably easier ways to
do it, but they've worked for me when editing audio from cassette, radio and
even VCR tape.
