Hi Lee, Be Prepared(TM). As with any upgrade, be sure that essential applications and utilities, particularly disk formatting utilities, are compatible with the new OS. If using ADS, boot from the CD-ROM and update the disk driver using the version in the 'Utilities' folder, then restart, rather than the automatic update option the installer offers; this avoids an entire Pandora's box of complications. OTOH, many people just go with it and experience no problems. YMMV. Sometimes, for no discernible reason, the installation of OS 9.1 quits with an error message concerning 'System Morsels'; do not be alarmed, but just restart and try again. HTH, paul -- Paul F.
