Problem 1. I no longer start up with the power key.
After puching I then have to puch the
restart-sometimes several times before I get going.

Problem 2. I no longer start up after 'sleep' by
pushing 'any key'.

Problem 3. Suffering mouse freeze.

Problem 4. My extra HD ususally starts up only after
a shut down-and what goes on in Problem 1. Philip
Stortz wrote of delaying startup but didn't suggest
what I look for in terms of a Utility search. Is there
a place on the system where startup times can be
changed?

I have redone my OS-9.1. Ran Conflict C. and replaced
the entire Quicktime System. Startup is still a
stuttering proposition, but once it gets going it does
better.

Where should I even begin looking for the blocks to
running? Bill Smith
