I'm not sure what we're gonna do with it, except that one of the kids has one like it, so maybe he can use it for parts. He's already swiped the large paper tray thingy off the bottom, and it works great. After paying 20 bucks for it, I hate to pay the recycler to take it back. And I bet the parts are more than the printer. The 600 dpi is a Laserwriter Select 360. Has serial and appletalk and parallel ports on it. They can be used on PCs as well as Macs. With a bridge it can even be on an ethernet network. These are workhorse printers with less than 50,000 pages on them. Somebody gave me one a couple weeks back with a little over 4,000 pages printed. It might even be on its first cartridge!
