Thank you Nancy for your response. I can boot from the CD from my G4 at work. I just get a message stating:This program cannot run on your computer. See the documentation for more information.
So after seeing that and not knowing that C600 wasn't supported I started trying everything that I could. I reformatted my hard drive using the latest apple hd setup on the OS 9 CD. I was thinking that the problem was that the hard drive was formatted using fwb. When I tried to do another install of the OS 9 from the G4 CD I got the same message. So I am at a loss...and was hoping that the problem was that the CD wasn't designed to be used on any other machine than a G4.
