Well I've tried the suggestions and a few others. There seem to be two that stand out. DiskRecall 1.28 and another Disktracker 2.22. DiskRecall is about 10 times as fast at the process as the latter, but I need to weigh the other differences too, which will take a few days. Both apps seem very similar and surely can't be any more simpler to utilize.
I wasn't able to find Iview Multimedia (not listed at referenced page right now) but I did find Iview MediaPro elsewhere, which is different (for cataloguing movies, images).. I checked out Archive and Autocat too. Autocat lost my vote. Archive seems a little less user friendly. So I'll probably decide on one of the first two here.
