Jeff, I thought you'd be the guy to ask about this. It seems there is a 
hack to speed up machines using the  memory chip controller mentioned 
here for Jaguar (OSX) Do you know if  the Old World machines use the 
same memory chip  as the Beige G3 ?

  "Beige G3 and the Blue and White G3 also uses the MPC106/XPC106 
memory/PCI controller, I assume this utility would also be compatible 
with that Mac. (The iMac 233-333Mhz, and PowerBook G3 wallstreet and 
Lombard also use the same chip and perhaps some older machines)

This hack is mentioned at xlr8yourmac.com and I was hoping the memory 
chip maybe the same but guessing it's not....Will S
