I had no problems running a 4 meg Twin Turbo card (either ROM) in OS X. No green, no pink. The only problem I had was when installing 10.0, I got the infamous "Continue button is not visible so you can't continue the install" problem. I fixed it by moving the card from slot 2 to slot 1. The Apple ROM version worked fine in either slot.
