You would need to upgrade your CPU, since 10.2 does not run on 604e CPUs. Also, your RAM is right at the minimum requirement, at least 128 meg more would help. I'm running 10.2 on a Umax S900 with a G4/450 CPU card and 688 megs of RAM. It's quite nice on this setup. As for whether or not it's "worth it", only you can answer that. If the stuff you need to run will run on 10.2, and you're prepared to run them slower, then you will be fine. Otherwise stick with what you have now. Myself, I wouldn't even have a Mac (clone) if not for OS X. MacOS previous to X was a sick joke, IMO.
