dead easy.
download the 9.1 & 9.2 updates from apple.
then download the 2 patch files available on the net.

run the patchers on the apple  software images. then run the apple
installers.
that takes it to 9.2.2.

i did it on a umax s900 and it took about 30 minutes, from start to finish.
