If you're even slightly handy, own a pair of needle nose pliers, and
can follow overly long drawn out directions--go to
http://www.io.com/~trag and download the file Umax_ATX_PS.sea.bin.
That will tell you how to build an adapter so that you can connect an
ATX power supply to your S900 motherboard.

I wrote it with the idea of getting the parts from Digi-Key which may
be more difficult for you in the UK. I know they do ship
internationally, but I'm not sure what they charge.

However, you can scavenge the parts you need from items commonly
available in better stocked PC shops. You can get the connector that
the ATX PS plugs into by buying an ATX power Supply cable extender.
These are typically $5 or less in the US. You can get the
connectors that attach to the Umax board either by scavenging them
off your old power supply (may not want to do that if you're not
certain it's bad) or by hunting down a couple of old AT style power
supplies. You should be able to get those for cheap or free. AT is
what folks used before ATX and the AT power supplies used two of the
six pin connectors like the ones our Umax boards use.

The little three pin connector is the same as you'll find on some
fans. That would be the toughest thing to find, but if you can find
a fan with a little three pin connector that will do you.

Or, if you have a local electronics supply, you maybe able to get the
parts there. Part numbers and such are in the article. Where I've
provided Digi-Key part numbers, you can get manufacturer names and
manufacturer part numbers by looking up the part on Digi-key's web
site.

Good luck,
