I've experienced this issue on and off. I, too, maxed out my C600 with a pair of 64 MB EDO sticks. However, the occasional instability (Type 2 errors w/ Macsbug saying YourHeapIsProbablyCorrupt) I've simply chalked up to bus timing, Sonnet's upgrade board, stretching the machine beyond usable life, or not properly consulting the New Orleans voodoo spiritist prior to doing work on the machine. Kennedy may want to add a brief comment about the C series but this motherboard, based on the Performa 6400, really was a poor offering. Moving large amounts of data reliably across this bus design may not be very consistently reliable. I'd like to offer more uplifting advice, other than ensure the sticks are indeed 2k refresh EDO. -- Pax, Pastor Mac Made on a Macintosh, of course. -- SuperMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
