Yes but if you could use an upgrade this is an amazing price. The 
carrier card by it's self used to be $109. or was it $119.00? You can 
always add a faster Zif when you find one for the right price. The 
300mhz Zif should run at 350mhz no problem with a 50mhz bus. Which 
testing shows is about the best setting in the UMAX machines. 550mhz 
is about the best speed that can be gotten using the Carrier card and 
a fast Zif and with XLR8 gone I don't expect this to change. However 
the UMAX machine is really zippy at that speed in OS9.x and really 
usable in OSX. Will S
