Cache Control is installed via the terminal as per the instructions that
come with it. Doing it that way allows you to install as root and despite
those damn commands it's fairly easy. Although it did take me a few tries,
you have to type the commands in exactly right. Being that it was my first
time using the Terminal, I felt like I'd accomplished something after that
install. As a result I don't dread terminal commands quite as much anymore.
